At Sharif Jewelers, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
Standard Returns
Regular stock items can be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in new and unworn condition, for a refund or store credit.
Please note that high-karat jewelry, pre-owned jewelry, watches, consignment pieces, and gold bullion are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns.
Restrictions
We do not accept returns on:
- Special orders
- Sized or personalized items
- Altered items
- Custom pieces
Special Orders
Once processed, special orders cannot be canceled.
High-Value Returns
Purchases exceeding $10,000 are not eligible for returns.
